Payments using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or your bank account are processed using PayPal. Just update the quantity, click Place Order and you will be taken to the PayPal site; once you have completed your payment, you will have the option to return to this site, which is not necessary to complete the purchase.

Your Registration codes will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.

Several people have asked if they could purchase the components on a CD-ROM rather than download them due to the size of the supporting software components from Microsoft.

We will be happy to accommodate those of you who wish to do this for $12.50, which includes shipping via USPS First Class Mail. Your CD-ROM will have all four of our programs, along with all of the supporting software.

Prager Software offers a 30-day fully functional trial of all of our software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess its value prior to purchase. Please use the trial period to ensure that the software will be compatible with your computer systems and satisfies your requirements before purchasing a license.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software license keys can be easily duplicated. Once a license key has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, Prager Software is unable to accept returns. We will diligently work with you to resolve any issues you might have; just open a ticket on our Support web page indicating what the issue is.

In rare cases and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, a signed Letter of Destruction on company letterhead will be necessary to process the refund.

License fees are not refundable (see our refund policy below).

All of the functions, including those available with a license, work during the free 30-day trial period.
