So what's a Bug Genie?
Well, it's an issue tracking system, written by two fellas in the U.K. Unlike the previous one we used, this is much easier for all (the users and the support staff). It is still going through some growing pains, but it's much better than anything out there for issue tracking!
For starters, it's very easy to use! The first page guides you through submitting an issue, and we are notified immediately. If you have a problem with it, please let us know so we can correct it. We have modified and tested it, but there is nothing like having a user's feedback! To use it, just click here or on the bug icon above.
You can use The Bug Genie for suggestions, requests for enhancement and bugs you find. All in one nice package! If you have any problems or questions on how to use Bug Genie, please let us know by email. DO NOT submit bugs or requests for enhancements via email, they will probably get lost in the mound of emails we get!
Make sure that you set your anti-virus program to accept mail from Prager@esc156.midphase.com!
There are a few things you need to know before you submit a ticket:
• Make sure you are using the current version of the program; we only support the current version. You can find the latest version here.
• We would appreciate it if you would respond with a posting as to whether or not our solution fixed your problem.
• If you have a question, comment or suggestion, send it to support@pragersoftware.com.
When you submit your ticket, please provide us with the following information:
• A complete description of the error, including any screen shots of the actual error message. Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words! (Attach your screen shot as a file to the ticket in the Upload File area).
• Your operating system and service pack level.

Didn't find an answer in FAQs or the web-based help file? If you just want to ask a question, then send us an email. If you think you have a problem, then you must submit a ticket following the instructions below. If suspected "bugs" are not entered in Bug Genie, then they can easily get lost in the volume of emails we get.
