We use the Mantis Bugtracker system to report and follow issues and requests. It's very easy to use: once registered, just sign-in, fill out the form, submit it! You can go online at anytime to check on progress. Click here or on the Mantis logo to the right to get started, submit an issue or check on the progress of your submission.

There are a few things you need to know before you submit a ticket: • Make sure you are using the latest version; we only support the current version. You can find the latest version here. • We would appreciate it if you would respond with a posting as to whether or not our solution fixed your problem. • If you have a question, comment or suggestion, send it to support@pragersoftware.com.
When you submit your ticket, please provide us with the following information: • A complete description of the error, including any screen shots of the actual error message. Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words! (Attach your screen shot as a file to the ticket in the Upload File area). • Your operating system and service pack level.
